As a real estate broker with over 15 years of experience, I really have seen (and done) it all, and I want to share all of this knowledge and experience with you.
Prior to real estate, I spent many years building my skills in various sales roles in the logistics, software development, and investment banking sectors, and I can tell you that a lot of the information in our coaching program is essential for any small start-up business, not just real estate.
We launched our coaching programs because we wanted to offer new and existing real estate agents, as well as entrepreneurs and small business owners, the most valuable and effective information that would actually have an immediate impact on their businesses - and their lives!

AN EXPERIENCED COACH, TRAINER AND MENTOR
My story is as unique as it is intriguing. Honestly, I've wanted to be an "entrepreneur" for as long as I can remember, and I even earned a university degree specializing in entrepreneurship back in the early 1990's. I have been self-employed or an independent contractor nearly all of my adult life, and it has lead me to some amazing experiences.
Over the years, I have been lucky enough to be a public speaker and presenter at numerous industry events and schools; a small business consultant with several published articles in Canadian business magazines; hosted hundreds of training seminars; a real estate trainer, mentor, team leader, broker manager and broker of record; and been recognized by OREA, featured in their annual report and a regular guest speaker at their career nights.
I've been blessed to have had a seat at the table alongside some real titans of the business world, and that has positively shaped my coaching philosophy.
